Pamela Davis Gorcowski

Ms. Gorcowski concentrates in civil appeals.  She has handled over seventy-five appeals, including in the areas of medical and other professional negligence, constitutional law, product liability, commercial litigation, and premises liability.  She has over thirty-five published decisions, including four in the Supreme Court of Illinois.

She is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States and is admitted to practice in Illinois as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  She has represented clients and has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Illinois and in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth District Appellate Courts of Illinois.
