She NEVER returns phone calls, doesn't update you on whats going on.. goes to court without informing you. In 9 months I've spent $3000 and accomplished nothing on a child support case! Ridiculous.. I've talked to other lawyers about the same case and have been told that this is absolutely unnecessar...y.. she's dragging things out to get money. Firing her today!

I had a major issue happen in my life, A DIVORCE!!!! Never saw it coming!!!! Anyway, I had heard from alot of my friends who had been down this road that they had wished they had this lady attorney in Joliet. They had seen her in action and they had said they wished they knew about her. So, I calle...d. I have had to hire attorneys in the past for other issues so this was not my first. She did exactly what I wanted, what I asked for, gave attention to my matter, staff was understanding, professional and prompt. No problems with billing, just that I had to submit any questions in writing. Billing was honest, fair and precise. I had called around for pricing beforehand. She will be my first call for any future help I need.

Wow, where to begin. She started off will all the right answers, all the right paperwork. I thought to myself, here is a detailed individual. Then it came to going to court. She "wasnt prepared" for the first date according to the Attourney General. I got charged for that and prep fees. ... She sent 160 bucks in letters out if the first month. Arent stamps 40c? She nickle and dimed the retainer to death. Then came the actual court date and she argued nothing that we talked about. I got screwed in court. Then i tried to call her to go over all the other issues and a plan of attack. No return phone calls. Her secretary was rude, her "detailed billing" horriable and non existant. To this day i am fighting to get a detailed bill. I had to fire her. She sent back 97 dollars out of 1800 retainer. I am insulted. I want a final bill detailed, they wont send one. This may seem like a rant. Take heed. This is my 3rd lawyer and the worst of the bunch. Still looking for a good one. One suggestion if you dare use her, payment plans, dont give her the retainer.
