Charles Luther Bretz

I am truly disappointed in the representation by Mr. Bretz. I hired him 3 years ago for a felony matter. He agreed in writing--the Retainer Agreement--to bring the matter within 1 year. Finally, after 3-years of languishing in the court, the state dismissed the case without any input from Mr.... Bretz. As a matter of fact, Mr. Bretz's total strategy was defense by 3-month continuance with the exception of a motion to dismiss that I insisted upon. It was actually a motion that I had previously prepared that Mr. Bretz merely had to copy and spruce up. Unfortunately, he did not make the hearing an evidentiary as I requested and consequently the motion was denied. Subsequent to the case dismissal, I requested in writing an itemized bill and an equal division of my bond refund. After going to his office to sign for my refund he tried to get me to agree to a refund of $5000, which I refused. A few weeks later I received from him the $5000 with no itemized statement. I am sending the check back because I am filing a lawsuit against him.

Chuck is the best I’n the buisness folks!!! He has represented me on numerous cases and has came through for me every time!! All i can say is he made the impossible possible for me! He is a very fearless lawyer, not wavered by emotion. His skill matches his sharp look and posture. He is so well respected in the courts that the whole court moves for him and his clients.. Chuck Bretz is the bomb i owe him way more than i pa...id to have him represent me.
