Don's a magician!

Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. Illustrations in representing and makes your money disappear! If you want a lawyer to just sit there and play catch with the other lawyer, then he is your guy! Spends more time talking with the other lawyer and never prepped us for what he had planned. Never fi...led what was asked, told us it was a waste of time. Makes promises and didn't follow through.cared for the case almost as much as he did his personal appearance. Waste of time and money in family court!!! It was like we paid someone to just sit there, didn't represent us at all. Let the case be over after one side presented. He lead us to believe there would be another court appearance than shocked the crap out of us made a rebuttal and it was over and a done deal. I wish we would have gone with my gut and got rid of him before we lost our case. But hey, Don told us we could pay him another $5000 to appeal. What a joke.

This review was made by the wife of a client of ours. The client himself was satisfied by our work and he recognized that his loss occurred despite our best efforts and many hours of labor both in and out of court on his behalf due to events in his life outside of our control that made his case untenable. We deeply regret his loss but state we acted with the utmost care and professionalism when acting on his behalf. We also state that our firm has done numerous family law cases over the preceding decades as well as bankruptcy, foreclosure, and small claims work. Do not let this one failure shape your perceptions of our broad body of work.
