The positives I can say about Nichole is that she is quick to action. However, in my experience she disregards important information and just to file frivolous motions. Attorneys should provide adequate counsel and not just take money from clients. The presiding judge did not sanction her but it i...s very clear that she will need to improve this portion of her work.
