warning! warning!
Didn't show up to 2 different closings on property sale he scheduled. Didn't go to court he motioned on. Only called at 430pm to tell me "the house went to sheriff sale tomarrow at 900 am

I have known Mr. Melnyk for several decades and he has helped me in purchase of two homes and sale of one property as well as in my business. I have found him to be of high integrity and well versed in his knowledge of law. He is well informed and is very competent.

Beware
After 10 years, I still have not received a rebate on my real estate taxes which Mr. Melnyk work on with an associate of his in Chicago. This experience cost me at least $1500.
