David John Wessel

Wessell represented me some years ago when I was in my early teens in a child visitation case. Instead allowing the case be decided on merits he tried to force one of my parents to give up on visitation. To do it he set up a fake therapy sessions with a psychologist (later it turned out he knew her... well.) Therapy, which Wessell claimed was need to "heal the family" resulted in the psychologist writing a letter which Wessell presented in court. The letter contained a number of exaggerationions and accusations. I thought these issues would be resolved during the therapy but that was the end of whole therapy. Later I learned that Wessell approached one of my parents and asked to help him "box in" the other parent. Disgusting.
