MY BELIEF IN ESTATE PLANNING
I chose to focus my career on estate planning because of the family and financial planning aspects of the practice. I enjoy discussing and writing about estate planning, just see my monthly newsletter library. People are hesitant to think about estate planning–no one wants to think about death–but I find that people always sleep better after they understand the benefits of proper planning and have an estate plan put into place. Since nothing in life is certain other than death and taxes, it is best to be prepared for both. An estate plan is not just for your benefit, but for the benefit of your loved ones because it is provides stability during a difficult time.
As an attorney specializing in a complex area of law, it is very important to me to communicate clearly and in a timely manner. There is nothing worse than paying a lawyer who does not call you back or signing documents that you do not understand. I encourage clients to ask questions and understand what their documents mean and how they work together to reflect your wishes for your family, health and property. By clearly communicating the process, purpose and costs of your estate planning we can both have a positive experience in working together to achieve your goals.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
