During the course of litigation, clients deserve a lot of attention. They need help, they need money, they need to know what is going on with the case, they need assurance that they will get their day in court quickly, they need justice, they need to know the strength and the weakness of the case , they need to hear a warm, kind, and at the same time, strong voice speaking on their behalf, and they need to know their lawyer is an experienced fighter with a proven track record. I have personally witnessed how in "large" firms, a client is yet another "case" and how their lawyers rarely return the client's call or inform the client of the status of the cases, and how cases take forever to resolve. This is not how I run my office. I am devoted to my clients. I enjoy being a lawyer. I develop a special human bond with my clients. I try to become the voice of hope during a difficult period. And, I am committed to recover the maximum amount of money possible to compensate my clients and their families for their injuries and losses.

Very Unprofessional
Mr. Eftekhari was the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever worked with. He did not resolve my case in a timely manner, and never updated me of the status of my case. Multiple times, he went over 3 months without communication (I had to initiate) and decided to file MY case with the court rather tha...
DEAR ANONYMOUS, I'm the owner of the firm and the person with the most authority. My firm prides itself in providing excellent service to clients. You came to my office with a case that had to be filed immediately because you had waited almost 2 years before discussing your case with any lawyer. You almost blew the statute of limitations. Personal injury cases need to be filed within 2 years or the client will never get money. You hired us one week before the deadline for filing. I had to file your case quickly. I normally don't consult with a client when I file a case like yours, given the deadline was only 7 days away. Once I preserved the statute of limitations by getting your case in court, we were fine and we would go ahead with discovery and depositions. Then oddly enough, I received a letter from you stating that if you didn't receive money from the law suit in 30 days, you'd hire another law firm. I called you and had a meeting with you and discussed the anatomy of a personal injury law suit and how the cases that are in court work. I explained the insurance company tactics to delay paying claims. And I explained to you we had just filed the case, so the litigation was at its inception. Despite all that, you wanted the case dropped if you didn't get your money in 30 days. I never understood your demand with a deadline that's out of lawyer's hands. I needed time to win your case and I had no doubt we would've been successful. What I couldn't do was complying with your 30 day demand for money. Personal injury cases don't work this way. I wish your the best of luck.

Not a happy camper
One of the problems I had was that I felt he lacked the temperment a lawyer should have when a client has to call him to see if they got a email or phone message since there was no response in a timely manner. As a client, I consider a timely manner to be within 24 to 48 hours after the client has ma...
DEAR N.F. I'm the owner of the firm and the person with the most authority. My firm prides itself in providing excellent service to clients. You came to my firm after leaving 2 other law firms and being rejected by a third law firm. I took your case with the intention of doing a great job for you. Just 3 weeks later, after exchanging 37 emails and numerous phone calls and 2 meetings, you left us for another law firm. That was your 4th lawyer. We then found out you left law firm #4 and hired law firm #5. You ended up hurting your own case in the process. When insurance companies notice a claimant such as yourself jumps from one law firm to another, they become suspicious of the case. In their eyes the problem is you and not the 5 lawyers who represented you. They think you are not a stable person, or that you don't have a good case. Winning a law suit requires detailed attention and hard work by your lawyer. You aren't ordering merchandise from Amazon. You can't expect next day delivery. You have to be patient and let the lawyer do his or her job properly. Short of that, you'll end up jumping from one lawyer to another and ultimately getting less money. And that's exactly what happened here. We wish you the best of luck and hope you find peace within yourself.

Nothing more than a pariah
I don't know how he gets away with it. Communication is less than acceptable. He is more about the money than he is client. Worst decision ever!
DEAR ANONYMOUS, I'm the owner of the firm and the person with the most authority. My firm prides itself in providing excellent service to clients. My staff is in constant communication with clients, no exception. If you have had communication issues with any of my staff, it would have been wise to bring it to my attention rather than leaving an anonymous online review. My direct email is [email protected]. Kindly email me or call me on my direct line at 312-283-7940. I'm happy to investigate your complaint and find out what happened. Over the last 20 years, I've helped thousands of clients successfully. My clients are my #1 priority and you are no exception. I will address your concerns with my staff. BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE. BECAUSE THAT'S STILL A MYSTERY. What's even more suspicious is your comment about money. In personal injury cases we don't charge our clients. Rather, we work on a contingency basis. We get paid only if we win your case for you. We try our best to maximize the client's recovery against insurance companies' bad actors. And we are very successful in doing so. Below are the staff members who are ready to answer any questions you may have. Unless I'm in court fighting for my clients, I'm always a phone call away. Call my direct number and you'll see how easy it is to connect with me, the head honcho, just like my other happy clients do. "I have worked together with Ehsan on personal injury cases. Ehsan is very professional, experienced and committed to his clients and achieving the best result possible for their claims."
"I have the pleasure of knowing Mr. Eftekhari on many levels, and have developed tremendous respect for his law related talents as well as his humanity and intelligence. We need more lawyers like Mr. Eftekhari in our professional village."
"I have had the opportunity to work with Ehsan Eftekhari on a handful of matters and, quite frankly, it would be a crime for me not to take a few minutes to let fellow attorneys and prospective clients know what a class-act and added-value Ehsan is to the legal profession. Lawyers know what they know and learn what they must. Indeed, that is the least they should (hopefully) do. What sets Ehsan apart, however, is his humanity and ethical DNA. He is ever so cognizant of the human element in each case, often going above and beyond the call of duty to serve as the voice for the voiceless and those who feel intimated by large (and sometimes cruely unreasonable) insurance companies. It is a distinct pleasure to call Ehsan a colleague, because he gives lawyers, such as myself, a good name. I will continue to refer cases to and collaborate with Ehsan on cases, because I know (to quote Allstate, ironically): "They're in Good Hands." Here's to wishing that every lawyer was an Ehsan..."
"I worked with Ehsan in a high-volume, fast paced plaintiff personal injury firm and Ehsan proved his mettle many times over. Ehsan is an extremely effective advocate on behalf of his clients. He works diligently and is extremely knowledgeable."
"I endorse this lawyer. I know Mr. Eftekhari to be a hard working and very knowledgeable attorney. He has cultivated a reputation of an attorney who is successful at prevailing at trials and arbitrations. Oftentimes his clients are presented with very favorable settlement offers early on in the process. He is also a fine individual which makes him a pleasure to work with."
"I endorse Ehsan Eftekhari. He is a tireless worker on behalf of injured victims. The compassion he has for his clients is easy to see. His knowledge of the law is impressive, to say the least. While many people in the personal injury field know the law well, Ehsan is one of the very few who shares his knowledge of the law with his peers. His knowledge of technology is second to none. In fact, if I have a technology question, Ehsan is the first person I turn to. I don't think I am alone in that regard. In summation, you have this lawyer who truly cares about his clients, who is a tireless worker, who knows the law well and who is an ace with the latest technology - what else could an injury victim want in a lawyer? I highly recommend Ehsan Eftekhari."
"I endorse this lawyer’s work. Mr. Eftekhari is a knowledgeable, hard-working, conscientious and thorough plaintiff's personal injury trial attorney. He is both well-liked and well-respected by his colleagues. Mr. Eftekhari exhibits the highest ethical standards. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and is unafraid to take the necessary steps to obtain the most successful results for his clients. He is a credit to our profession."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Ehsan is a hard working lawyer who makes a great effort to get great results for his clients. Ehsan is very intelligent and hard working. He also has great character. On several occasions, he has assisted me with questions of procedure and the law."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Ehsan is a disciplined and knowledgeable attorney. He is dedicated to his clients and to achieving the best possible results in their cases."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Ehsan is diligent in his representation of clients, has advanced knowledge of the use of technology in his practice and in courtroom trial practice, and is wholly committed to his career representing the injured and their families."
