I am a business owner in Arizona. I was one of the many companies that signed up a lease thru Merchant Masters on POS equipment. After a year we agreed to end the lease and return the equipment, thinking that this automatic debits and fees would stop. Years later I continued to receive collection ...notices and attempts to sue me for fees associated with the lease. I even had to dispute negative claims on my credit report. After 6 years (the statute of limitation in Arizona for collections), I thought this problem went away. Pushpin Holdings sent notice and filed a case in Illinois, 5 days before Illinois' statute of limitation for collections ran out (which is 10 years). These bottom feeders THOUGHT they could slip in and take over $5K of my money on something that was 10 years old, but thanks to Bart Torvik, they did not succeed. I am an honest business man, and if I owe a debt I will pay it. Companies like PushPin are not honest. They will use the system to take advantage of small businesses and people who appear to be vulnerable to their tactics, especially people who live out of state and do not know the laws and procedures of the court system. Just because you are sued, doesn't mean you will loose. YOU WILL LOOSE IF YOU IGNORE THEIR COMPLAINT!!! These guys are sneaky, they know how to intimidate and once it is in the system, you NEED to resolve this...it wont go away. I am cautious about who I hire, especially being out of state. Bart was very informative and professional. He responded right away and was very upfront with the procedure and his fee. He didn't try to brag or boast, and he was honest about the outcome and gave me all the possibilities of what could happen, good and bad. I appreciate his approach and honesty. I felt he would handle this issue with confidence, and I accepted the fact I might loose, but hoped for the best. After a few months, the trial was set, and then the case was dismissed with prejudice. I could not have asked for a better outcome, or attorney. DO NOT hesitate to contact Bart, no matter were you live. He is truly a professional and he is very knowledgeable about the procedures. DO NOT let PushPin take your money. If you ignore them, they WILL win.

The excellent rating is certainly not an exaggeration. Mr. Torvik was so willing to help me when I was in distress because I have been contacted by pushpin holdings and they did file a lawsuit against me. Torvik is extremely knowledgeable with this company. I don't even live in Chicago, but what's Mr.... Torvik took over this case I never once was worried because he always stayed in contact with me, and always sent me documents to support everything he said!if you have been contacted by pushpin holding I strongly recommend that you call Mr. Torvik now! If they said they will sue you then they probably will, but that does not mean that they will win. My case was dismissed with prejudice that means I can never come back and open the case again against me. I strongly recommend Bart Sorbic for you also if you are being harassed by pushpin holdings. Don't waste another second of your life stressing about this company, they are treacherous and they do not care about you personally. Call Mr. Torvik I am positive without a doubt that he can help you. I am a Christian woman and I have no reason to lie I'm taking time to do this because I want to help someone who may have been in the same situation that I was a man. I was served a lawsuit from the scam artisit Corporation for credit card equipment I never even had. When I googled this company Bart Torvik's site appeared. I sent Bart an email and he immediately responded. I then spoke to Bart and he explained what to expect and that for the most part this company... just tried to take advantage of people. Everything Bart said happened including the case being dismissed. I would recommend Bart to anyone

WOW! I could write an essay about Mr. Torvik exemplary work on this case. Like so many others who had to deal with the Gestapo type tactics of the Pushpin Holdings shell company (a.k.a. CIT Lease Financial Group), Bart handled my case with total professionalism. HIs initial consultation was in...formative (free of course), and I left with a sense of relief and serenity that he would handle my case. Bart communicated regularly regarding the case status, offered valuable advice and solutions, and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. He quoted several options along with a fixed fee for each option and once chosen, he never asked for additional monies. Everything, and I mean everything he advised was about as accurate as humanly possible. My career as an expert witness in eminent domain cases here in Florida and my knowledge of and exposure to attorney's led me to believe that Bart was fully competent and an expert in dealing with Pushpin's strategy and threats. When all was said and done, I was ecstatic with the final results. I just wish I could work with him here in Florida!
