Mr. Torvik handles a case for me against Pushpin Holdings LLC, these people are crooks who make their living filing predatory lawsuits against people who live out of state, so they can win a default judgement against you, and garnish your wages. As soon as I contacted Mr. Torvik, he expeditiously beg...an to file the necessary paperwork on my behalf, appeared in court on my behalf, and kicked the crap out of Puspin Holdings. DO NOT ignore the lawsuit as I was tempted to do, contact Mr. Torvik, and get the peace of mind you deserve.

I was served a lawsuit from the scam artisit Corporation for credit card equipment I never even had. When I googled this company Bart Torvik's site appeared. I sent Bart an email and he immediately responded. I then spoke to Bart and he explained what to expect and that for the most part this company... just tried to take advantage of people. Everything Bart said happened including the case being dismissed. I would recommend Bart to anyone

Bart represented me in an instance where I was being sued by a company called Pushpin Holdings. I initially tried to represent myself, but found that there was no way for me to be able to represent myself unless I actually lived close enough to personally attend every court date, which I definitely ...did NOT. Even though I had already begun the process of representing myself, when I contacted Bart, he agreed to assist me and took over. So glad that I did, too, or for certain I would've been forced to give these people money that I didn't even owe them!!
