About 12 years ago I had a partnership business selling and fixing computers. I contracted with a company for a creditcard machine. The company disolved and the machine got lost in the shuffle. I never recieved any corresondence for this company but a company called Push-Pin obtained the contract sev...eral years ago and start sending mail and call me about two years ago. The original price for the machine was more than half as much as Push-Pin wanted. They threatened to garnish my wages, access my bank account. and use what ever means they needed to get their money.
