Terrible, completely useless

Bob represented me for my divorce case. He was often forgetful about the details and status of my case to the point that I was concerned about his health. He frequently forgot important details when he went to court and was roundly criticized by my current attorney and the Judge in my divorce case. I... often had to do all the investigative work for Bob to make sure he could consult a piece of paper when he was in Judge's chambers to make sure I was represented accurately. Bob often got confused when recollecting to me what happened when he met with our Judge and then tried to charge me an exorbitant amount of money when I severed my relationship with him. He was also unable to provide records of his services performed, which I'm told is one of the most basic tenets of being an attorney. Bob is a warm, personable guy, and I like him, but he is not someone I would ever recommend to anyone. His incompetence made an already-painful experience much, much worse, and ended up costing me thousands of dollars more than it should have. I wish him well, but he should not be hired. I am happy to provide numerous examples of the types of communications we had to show proof for this review.
