Gary's depth of knowledge and extensive experience is impressive. The amazing thing is, he really listens to what you have to say and comes up with a strategy on how best to resolve your problem. He helped us recover funds from a rehab fiasco where the builder was refusing to refund our investment mo...ney even after breaking the contract agreement. We were even able to avoid going to court! Not only did we get ALL our money back, but Gary also helped us close on a new house several months later. Our real estate agent was so impressed with him, that she said he was the best lawyer she has ever worked with and now recommends him to everyone.
