I met with Brent after finding him on Avvo.com. I had found myself in a near impossible situation, having been charged with felony DUI. I was impressed when I sat down in his office and he told me to tell him my story. When I told him it was a LONG story, he assured me he had "all day" and I immediately relaxed. Brent was very helpful in my representation. He gave thoughtful advice on how to navigate the legal path ahead of me, and in court he was attentive and aware of the situation. One time the court had a full docket and Brent offered to delay to a later date, and on another occasion the prosecution tried to delay the trial after we had agreed on that day, and he objected, to my benefit. He offered his services at a flat rate, and payment was straightforward with PayPal. I was able to use a credit card.
