Murder Case: Eric Munoz was charged with 1st degree Murder after a Bar fight involving over 20 people. Two witnesses stated they witnessed Eric hit the murder victim with a stick. I took the case to tr ... ial and won. The first witness was successfully impeached after I cross-examined him on his alcohol consumption that night. I got him to admit to drinking over 10 bottles of beer before the fight and he also admitted he had a limited angle view of the incident. The second witness credibility was destroyed when during cross-exaamination he admitted that the bar was dimly lit and that he was struck in the head causing dizziness just before he allegedly saw Eric hit the murder victim. The case was over in just one day and I got Eric's arrest record completely expunged.
