Talk to a lawyer. There may be a way to get a psychologist to do an evaluation but that can be pricey. Talk to a lawyer in person about the case...

You can't stop paying until there is a court order saying you have no further obligation to pay. Hire a lawyer to file a motion to do this.

hire a lawyer and come in to vacate it or get it dismissed at the plenary hearing. Ex Parte emergency orders of protection are routinely granted.
