David Albert Iammartino

For more than twenty years Dave Iammartino has fought vigorously for the little guy as a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois. 

He has represented private and public sector labor unions as well as their associated health and welfare and pension funds against aggressive corporations and mendacious govermental employers.  He has also represented many hundreds of injured workers before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission where Dave daily battled gigantic multi-national insurance companies.

Dave is now concentrating his practice in the defense of accused DUI drivers.  Dave also handles various and sundry felonies and misdemeanors. 

Over the course of his long career he has appeared in most Illinois circuit courts in Cook and the collar counties, the Northern and Western Divisions of the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court, the National Labor Relations Board and Illinois labor relations boards and most venues of the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission. 

Dave is truly at ease in virtually all trial settings and he looks forward to protecting  the constitutional rights of those accused of crimes, especially DUI.
