Connie J. Butcher

Connie J. Butcher is a new member of the Anderson & Associates family, and she looks forward to bringing her 30 years of experience in multiple areas of practice to an already very proficient law firm. Her past experience includes being a Partner in a small, two-lawyer firm from 1993 to December 2017 which concentrated in general litigation.

Connie has always focused on what is best for the client in all areas of practice. She agrees with the thoughts of Judge Roti from the Rolling Meadows Judicial Circuit Court of Cook County: "A bad settlement is always better than a good trial." She believes this is usually best for the client. However, when the situation dictates, she is ready, willing, and able to present the client's case for trial. Connie handles family law matters, divorce, probate, real estate, estate planning, and guardianship. Although she is based in the Wheaton, Illinois, office of Anderson & Associates, P.C., Connie is able to handle matters in Will, Kane, Kendall, DuPage and Cook Counties. Connie has been married for 32 years and has two adult age daughters.
