Adnan represented my wife and I during the purchase of our condo. This was our first real estate purchase so we were unfamiliar with the process, but Adnan took the time to walk us through everything in advance. He was with us every step of the way and even followed up after everything was done, just... to answer any questions that may have come up since the transaction closed. We also wanted to close on our condo prior to our wedding, and Adnan worked with the seller's attorney and both real estate agents to ensure we could meet this short timeframe. Adnan was excellent with his communication, back and forth paperwork and highly professional with his dealings with both me and my wife (explaining all of the underwriting, title and deed documents) as well as the other party.
