This was a simple case that turned into a nightmare. Most of my correspondence to Jim was unanswered, yet I was billed for each letter and email. I found him to be condescending and disrespectful. Several matters that he agreed to do he never followed through with. His lack of concern and... failure to provide timely responses has cost me thousands of dollars. He did not fully disclose his fees even when asked. When I eventually had to fire him, he billed me for work that was unrelated to my case. I was truly unfortunate to have worked with this man.
