Avoid this arrogant, overpriced lawyer and his firm.

AVOID this firm! A very arrogant, ridiculously over priced lawyer with a large retainer who bills you for discussing your bill. ($ 100 for a .2 hour phone call, yes that is 10 minutes). My dissatisfaction with their service which included never speaking with a lawyer in person, was met with a phone c...all to discuss, of which I was charged out of the retainer. At the end of the day this firm charged several thousand dollars for terrible advice including "Go back to the person and ask for a more market level deal." When I said I was unhappy with their performance, Jotham Stein didn't refuse to discuss his horrible service, he "Charged" to discuss it! Unbelievable. Stay away, far away! AVOID.
