Tom was great and a lot of experience in helping my daughter through her case!!! I saw him in action and he did act in my daughter's best interest. He clearly had the experience to streamline quickly through the process which had saved us a lot of money. At the very beginning he had a sit down with ...us and listed my daughters options and the cost of each of them and explained in detail the option that my daughter had selected. Once, the case was finial he was able to console my daughter from his experience by explaining the process she went through was sad but now looking ahead she will be much happier in time. Tom has no children of his own but what he must have learned over the years he has the heart to bring some comfort to his client.
