I would strongly recommend not using this attorney for your bankruptcy or for any other purpose. Although we had several weekly meetings with him to discuss our case, each week he acted as if it were the first time he met us. He seemingly had no memory of anything we had discussed the week before. ... He charged us for a business bankruptcy (double the price) although we have been told again and again that it could have been handled as a personal bankruptcy. When our creditors needed a "no asset report", he told us normally there should be one, but he did not have for us, and could try to obtain one for us if we wanted to pay him extra. He did not return calls, provide clear answers to questions and we were extremely disappointed with him. There are a lot of bankruptcy attorneys out there and is no reason anyone else should go through the aggravation involved with working with this one.
