Since passing the Illinois bar in 2009, I have practiced primarily Immigration Law. I am well versed in all aspects of immigration law including, deportation defense, family based immigration categories, work based immigration categories, student visas, asylum and travel visas.

Asylum cases are a sub category of immigration law. As with other areas of immigration law, I have considerable experience zealously advocating on behalf of people afraid to return to their country of origin. Whether someone is applying for asylum affirmatively or to defend oneself from removal proceedings, I possess the knowledge, skill, and compassion to handle even the most complicated of Asylum cases.

If you have a traffic violation, need help with a suspended license, or have any other traffic related issues, I am your man. Before I even graduated law school, I spent a year elbow deep in felony cases while volunteering at the Public Defender. That internship equipped me with the skills to handle the thorniest of traffic issues.

While I do have a background in family law, I only handle uncontested divorces and divorces by publication at this time. My services include preparing the paperwork, filing the divorce, filing for publication if necessary, attending the prove-up and filing the hearing transcript within30 days.
