Angela M. Tricoci

We hired Angela tricoci when my husband and I bought our first house and she was with us at the closing to explain what we were singing. First, my husband wanted to take notes during the signing so he could understand what was going on. However, angela did not like that, for it slowed her down and sh...e didn't feel like answering my husbands questions. She told my husband not to take notes, but at the end, he could ask questions. Of course, when we finished signing all the legal papers, she didn't want to bother with our questions or give us the time to go back through any of the paperwork we signed. Then we noticed the parcel of land we were buying that our house sat on was different at the closing vs what the relator's paperwork said our plot of land was. So... When we walked into the closing, we thought we were getting our house and all the land that the house sat on when we saw it in person. However, the legal papers said we were getting LESS land than what all the other paperwork we had up to that point. (What the MLS said, etc) When my husband asked Angela about that, she basically dismissed it. After the closing, I kept calling her trying to figure out what happened at the closing and why we got less land. She would answer her phone but appear overworked and upset. Of course, we had already paid her and she wasn't getting paid to figure out why we were getting less land. I have to say, I am very dissatisfied with her and how she treated us. I guess there was nothing in it for her to help us figure out why we were getting less land. Eventually I stopped calling her because she was no help and she clearly didn't want to help me anymore. Thanks Angela. You do the minimum so you can get paid and you don't care about your clients. I will definitely not use her again or give anyone a referral to her.
