Cathy is the lawyer for both of my parents trust. My father being deceased, irrevocable trust and my mother's trust, revocable. My sister is sole executor, trustee and power of attorney for both trusts. My sister decided to have a meeting with Cathy, my siblings and my mother, the first in 12 yrs ...and over 3 years after my father's passing. My sister hadn't provided any financial accounting documentation to my parents since 2008 when the trusts of my parents were designated to her, clearly neglecting her responsibilities as trustee of their accounts. In our three plus hour meeting Cathy didn't reprimand my sister for her irresponsibility and neglect of her duties as trustee of their accounts. When I requested minutes of our meeting, my siblings and I received a letter referencing a three hour plus meeting that detailed the last ten minutes of the meeting. She states my mother is her client, however it is apparent that she never speaks to my mother, only to my sister because she requested several times via email for my mother's phone number to contact her. She is biased and neglects to realize she is a lawyer to uphold the law regardless of family issues. If I could give her less than one star for a review I would.
