I hired this attorney in good faith in his solid experience and hope for traditional values..including representing me, the client). There is nothing wrong with paper/pencil business (minimal technology knowledge and use), the problem is poor communication, lack of follow ups and acting as "double ag...ent"..making sure to fuel amd escalate the divorce conflict (I wished to avoid) in name of his personal profit. Few months later we agreed to part..however the financial damage was done. He failed to file for temporary child and spousal support (as he promised to do), resulting in loss to me of about $10,000, and asked me to pay for his service (?!).
