Yes, his office is filled with piles of papers as some clients have mentioned. Be careful not to misjudge him for this. He knows where things are, and I personally take the piles as a good sign. They mean he is often hired because he is talented. The piles mean that he is busy. The last thing I want as a client is an attorney to have a clean office because that they aren't being hired or means he or she is using precious time on things other than the clients. Attorney Brody doesn't waste his time like this for the simple sake of having an office that may or may not impress you. He cares more for working for you than working to impress you. Just because it's not a system that works for the particular clients who wrote those statements in their reviews, doesn't mean it doesn't work for Attorney Brody. Mr. Steven J Brody took over as my attorney when I ran into a very difficult issue at the end of my divorce. Steven is a great listener and read through all the information I provided. I retained Steve represent me in my divorce. He was able to negotiate a 50/50 custody arrangement with my ex-wife. I now have my daughters every other week. When my ex-wife wanted more child support we went to hearing. Unfortunately the judge ruled in her favor and doubled my child support. Stev...e appealed the judge’s child support decision and the appellate court overturned the increased child support award. We are now looking forward to getting my support reduced back to its previous levels and getting a refund of the excess amounts I was forced to pay.
