Glenn R. Gaffney

Inadequate in every way. Horrible communication. Did not file extremely important documents for arbitration. Did not return phone calls. Very poor representation of client in front of arbitration panel. Glenn R. Gaffney failed to review paperwork and mount a case during discovery. He is the wo...rst attorney I've ever done business with. He is never reachable and the attorney who referred us to him told me that he is not good at returning phone calls. He was an embarassment to my family because he was obviously the worst attorney in the room. He did not care about our case and it showed in the filings. He billed us for time he did not work on our case and inflated his billing dramatically. His billing was dishonest. Please let my misfortune be your warning. My family replaced him before our trial date, but his lack of filing important documents really hurt us in court. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Illinois Bar.
