I concentrate my practice in all forms of litigation and trial practice and I consider myself a trial lawyer.
Primarily, I concentrate my practice in serious personal injury law, serious accidents, wrongful death and other serious Tort litigation. I represent those severely injured in auto and truck accidents as well as people seriously injured on the property of another. Medical malpractice and Nursing Home/Elder Care litigation.
I represent those injured on the job by and through the Workmen's Compensation Act.
I also represent clients in all areas of criminal defense litigation, such as: traffic, misdemeanors, DUI cases, domestic violence, and all felonies in Kane, Cook (Rolling Meadows), DuPage, Kendall, and DeKalb Counties.
