Biography
My career has been strongly devoted to serving and protecting individuals in financial and securities matters, including stock broker fraud, insurance fraud, consumer fraud, securities litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, and other financial frauds. I, myself, was a successful stock broker for a national firm. I entered law to continue serving investors who were defrauded by individual and industry practices that I found unconscionable. Over fifteen years I have been practicing law in securities matters before NASD arbitration panels as well as state and federal courts.
