Deanna L. Aguinaga-Walker, is an attorney and President of DLAW, P.C.. She assists clients in will and trust planning, probate and trust administration matters, real estate transactions, chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, and divorce. She was previously an associate attorney at Kelleher & Buckley, LLC as well as a founding partner of Aguinaga, Serrano & Low. She graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois College of Law in 1995 and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Judson University, Elgin, Illinois. She is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and to appear in the Northern District of Illinois federal bankruptcy court. She is a member with the Illinois State Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association and National Association for Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Deanna has served on the foundation board of Presence Mercy Medical Center. She volunteered as a den leader and treasurer for Cub Scouts, and currently serves as a leader and secretary for Boy Scouts of America and in various capacities through her church.
Deanna’s objective as an attorney is to identify the specific needs of a client and provide legal services tailored specifically to address each client’s need.
