I had a somewhat complicated transaction as an out of state purchaser for a bank owned property in Illinois. Shawn did a great job working with an aggressive lawyer for the seller and also in getting a real estate trust set up for me. Would highly recommend her.

Shawn brings a level of expertise ...for reviewing contracts and advising clients. Her representation is very detail-orientated, and she can explain complicated contract issues to clients in such a way that makes the client feel comfortable with their legal options. Best Attorney

Shawn has guided me through a divorce, bankruptcy, rebuilding my credit, doing my taxes, and buying two homes. She is honest, hard working and compassionate. I would highly recommend her.
