Shawn Bolger is an Illinois real estate attorney representing buyers, sellers, investors, estates, and businesses in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Following in the footsteps of her father, who was also an attorney, Ms. Bolger developed an early appreciation for advocacy, negotiation, and helping clients navigate important life decisions. Ms. Bolger earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver before obtaining her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. Since entering practice, she has represented clients in a broad range of Illinois real estate transactions and has developed extensive experience handling matters involving estates, title complications, investor transactions, and difficult closings.
