Biography
As a firm co-founder, I have just under a decade of experience taking complex commercial matters to trial and when necessary successfully arguing for my client's position at the appellate level. I am focused on developing winning litigation and settlement strategies for my clients. I have acted as co-lead counsel at trial in a number of non-compete agreement and corporate owner freeze out matters. I have extensive experience litigating consumer fraud, class-action, and complex business disputes in both federal and state courts, including at the appellate level. I earned a BS from the University of Wisconsin and a JD, cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2009. While at Chicago-Kent, I was the Notes and Comments Editor at the Chicago Kent Law Review.
