Represented Plaintiff physician in a breach of shareholder purchase contract and non-compete agreement injunction proceedings and trial. I won summary judgment in favor of our client in the breach of c ... ontract claim and defeated the Defendant's claim that our client breached the non-compete agreement. We had previously defeated Defendant's attempt seek an injunction seeking to close our client's medical practice. We then went to trial and won a large damages verdict.

OUTCOME: Judgment in our client's favor at arbitration hearing.

Represented Plaintiff, an emergency room doctor who had set up a partnership with two doctors to open an urgent care center. Our client's former close friends and partners acted in bad faith and unilat ... erally removed him from the partnership, denying him the benefits of his $250,000 investment to get the business off the ground. We sought to undo the partnership transaction and return of all of the client's seed money. We won after a two-day hearing. We obtained every cent of our client's nearly quarter of a million dollar damages claim. The Defendants then attempted to claim that the arbitrator's award was improper in state proceedings when they hired a new law firm. We defeated those claims. We then brought judgment enforcement proceeding resulting in the collection of all damages as well as 9% post-judgment interest.
