untrustworthy
I would rate Joseph Ziccardi zero stars if possible. I wired him several hundred thousand dollars to fund the rehabilitation of multiple homes by another borrower, but he refuses to repay me. Despite my attempts to contact him, Joseph Ziccardi has not explained what he did with my money.
