I’ve negotiated some of the most complex and substantively challenging public-private and intergovernmental agreements in real estate, construction and development for the City of Chicago. I have practiced in these areas for more than 25 years, successfully negotiating multiparty agreements that create solid legal foundations and foster collaborative relationships. In addition, I was recruited to lead IDOT’s 60-person land acquisition bureau implementing all state highway acquisitions in the six-county Chicago metro region. I have a career track record of problem-solving for long term client and stakeholder benefits; fairly and efficiently allocating costs while maximizing client value; and helping to successfully develop those visionary projects that are vital to our region’s vibrant urban environment.
