Dana is a pleasant person, very likable. And likely, an OK counsel for very rudimentary legal advice. I chose to retain Dana to handle issues with the IRS. My decision turned out to be a very poor and extremely expensive mistake. Only after leaving her counsel, and retaining professional, knowledgea...ble and seasoned counsel was I able to start digging myself out of a very difficult situation. Close to five years and many thousands of dollars, I finally start to see an end in site. Your choice of counsel should be considered very carefully. Tenaciously likable is not valuable when you're counsel is well over their head regards the subject matter at hand, especially with the IRS.
