Save your money
Met with Julie Pirtle the first week of November explaining my goals with my divorce. I knew I would need to pay alimony but didn’t know how much. I said my husband doesn’t want the divorce. She gave me a quote of 3500 to 5000 for the divorce. It ended up costing me 12,500 more than double. If ther...
Family law cases are emotionally charged situations and the spouse you once knew often changes. Very often in family law cases, spouses say one thing to their spouse and a completely different thing to their attorney. Generally, in that scenario the attorney is asked to deliver the hard message that the spouse is not willing to deliver, which leaves clients feeling confused. Further, most of the work on the file was completed before the replacement counsel took over, explaining the two-month timeframe to finalize.

"I had the opportunity to be on the other side of a dissolution of marriage case with Julie. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with both Julie and Anna at her office and hope to have the opportunity to do so again in the future."
"I have worked with Julie for nearly 5 years and she is greatly respected in the legal community. She truly has a passion for what she does and she tailors her strategy to fit each individual client. She had many years of experience working as a paralegal before going to law school which sets her apart as she has excellent legal research skills as well as an ability to communicate with clients at ease. Julie is articulate in court and presents her arguments clearly and effectively. It is clear that she is respected by the judges and that she takes her job as an advocate for her clients very seriously. She is personable with the clients and works effortlessly with the rest of the office to ensure that each client's needs are met and that there is a specific plan of action to accomplish each client's needs. She stays up to date with the changing laws and it is very impressive to see how she applies the knowledge she learns to her practice. It truly is a privilege to work with her."
"Julie is an exceptional attorney. She is well versed in the area of family law, allowing her to give sound and reasoned advice to all of her clients. She is driven, dedicated, and a well-respected member of our profession. Julie's clients are very lucky to have her in their corner."
"Julie is an amazing attorney who has been working in the area of family law for 13 years - before she was a licensed attorney she was a paralegal in the field. This background is invaluable and something that most divorce and family law attorneys lack; having worked as a paralegal before becoming an attorney means that no detail is missed. The advice she gives is sound, well-reasoned in the law and - something that is also unique - practical given the facts. Our clients love Julie. She puts them at ease and creates personal relationships with each. The Judges we are in front of daily trust her, and she is a well-respected member of the legal community in which we practice."
"Julie is an exceptional attorney. I have had the opportunity to work with her on a number of matters during my career and she is knowledgeable and a strong advocate for her clients. I wouldn't hesitate to refer someone to her if I was not able to assist them myself."
"Julie is passionate and knowledgeable. She doesn't shy away from a fight, but knows when to advise her client's that fighting might not be the best course of action. I endorse her for both her abilities as a lawyer and her dedication to her clients."
