I've used Jim for 2 closing's over the past 5 years. I'm a young adult and have learned a great deal about closing from Jim. Both times, there was a last minute issue in the closing room and Jim advised and handled it, which led to me saving a great deal of money. My last closing was so convoluted... from the builder that I was beyond frustrated, however Jim was the solidity that I needed. He infromed me of my options and the probability of which direction it would go. In the end, the builder and I reached an agreement, but it was because of Jim that we got there. I plan to work with Jim for my next closing as well.
