Saved my sanity

Diane was fantastic. I credit her with saving my sanity and my fiscal health. After 4 years of dealing with an intractable, soon to be ex-wife, she executed my divorce with a terrific outcome for me. Through out the ordeal she was always there to calm me down and me on track.

AMAZING!!

If you are looking for one of thee BEST lawyers, look no further! Our case was not an easy one to say the least. Ms. Elliott took the time to go through mountains of paperwork before deciding if she could even help with our case. She is fair, honest, tedious, steadfast, strong and to the point! I can... not say enough good things about her. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Adoption case

Diane was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole 9 month fight my ex put up. He hadn't seen my son in 10 years. My son wanted my husband to legally be his dad. She eased my stress and was honest throughout the whole process. She went to bat for us at every turn and frankly he never ...had a chance against her!! She fought hard to get us a great outcome and I cant thank her enough! I highly recommend her, she knows her stuff!! Sincerely, A very happy family

Great Lawyer - Wonderful Heart

I am from Chicago and been married over 40 years when i was surprised by divorce papers. I was referred to Diane from a friend who advised I needed a Lawyer from DeKalb County rather than from Chicago. This divorce took 3.5 years and a great deal negotiating which was done expertly by Diane. Di...ane also was there for me emotionally as this was very stressful for me. I wanted to give up the house and just get it over with, however with her assistance and guidance along the way the house was not given up. This was a long draw our affair with many bumps along the way. Diane answered the many questions I had as we proceeded thru this ordeal. I counted on Her experience and advise. The divorce was finally settled very amicably at least that is my opinion. I know this is important to all. So I will add that her cost are very fair. Diane uses her time wisely and efficiently. Well worth the value. Diane did a very professional job and has gone above and beyond for me in such a way that I consider her a great Lawyer and a friend for life. I only wish her the best and I believe all her future clients will be very happy that they consulted and hired her.

Custody and child support services

After a horrible experience with an attorney in Sycamore, I hired Diane for her services. She made it personal, kept up on all legal changes and didn't let anything slip ! Which ensured me that I made the right choice to have her by my side in the court room to fight for my child and I.
