Professionally Challenged
I moved to terminate Mr. Kinnan from my divorce case. I felt that our personalities and objectives were in conflict. Mr. Kinnan, upon knowing he was being fired, filed a Motion to Withdraw. Additionally, he ignored requests from new counsel for files.
