I just want start that people like him shouldn’t have even an attorney license, it should be taken away from him. This guy destroyed my family completely deal with our case for 8 years and took about 18K and accomplish notting but destroying my brother and his children’s by having them deported after... they had been in this country for several years. He didn’t file proper documentation and every time that our case was denied he was asking more $$ to file different documents. Make long story short my brother spent 93 days on a federal jail and I swear to God my brother has a clean criminal record and he is a very good person we were devastated when the immigration come and get him and his family at home. This guy took 3k more to help them to get out of jail but he never did anything not even a visit in Kenosha WI federal jail. The attorney was supposed to handle my husbands case and for many years I didn't hear anything from him. He took my money and didn't follow promptly, when I finally spoke with him he said he was taking care of everything but he had no idea who I was or what was going on with my husband. The last thin...g I found out was that his secretary took my money and didn't report it to him. He said She stole but then he said he did find the money after all. All of the secretaries that I met where gone that only lead me to believe he was a horrible boss too. His demeanor towards me was only polite when I paid otherwise he would dismiss me. I contact Mr Donald for our immigration case ,trusted him , every time i use to call the office he was always unavailable, busy to return phone calls , always short on explanations when we had to meet him in his office,he looked like he di...dn't want to be bother, he was unkind ,me and my husband give him lots of money without accomplished anything, after 5 years filings papers my husband got arrested and detained from immigration ,Donald never went to visit my husband in the detention center.... so after days of nightmare, my husband got deported , I was devastated ,we trusted him but he only destroyed my entire family . my husband is a brave person never been convicted ,clean criminal record. I won't recommend this lawyer to no one .
