If there was ever a milktoast, lukewarm attorney, it is Mr. Cuda. Pathetic. He told a client of his, who retained and paid him, to show up to a hearing that the client was not served with notice of. Mr. Cuda does not defend your rights. He throws you under the bus and dumptrucks you on the courth...ouse steps. What kind of lawyer tells you to show up only to get hammered. This is the definition of insanity. Cuda, like the other gentleman that posted, also conspired with the opposing attorney which nearly cost the client a$1.2 MM. That not someone you want to hire for yourself. Cuda is not a real lawyer. He is a spineless waste of a law degree. Don't make the mistake of hiring this loser.

Met him for simple purchase offer, he worked with opposing party against me mislead me in dire time of medical need. Lost out on hiership on family home. Didn't push to get response to offer. Left me out to dry. Never use this guy. No close so no pay but I should have syed or filed a complaint with t...he bar. Guy conspired with opposing console to then trick me to let a realtor in to buy out from under my standing offer without so much of dignity of a rejection response. Guy is either incompetent or dishonest. Then claims other lawyer mislead him. Untrustworthy avoid.
