About Raymond
Biography
For almost 30 years I have handled DUI cases and domestic battery cases, I have appeared in Federal Court, State Appellate Court and have presided at local Arbitration Hearings. I happily take phone calls at all hours to ensure that my clients stay informed and educated on the progress of their cases.
In DUI cases, driver's can take quick actions to prevent the suspension from taking effect, don't sit on your case and wait until the first court date. Call and we can get the ball rolling to stop the suspension.
Many Domestic Battery cases are filed because the police "had to charge someone" we can take those matters to trial and demonstrate how weak they are.

Extemely talented and professional
I contacted Mr. Flavin about a speeding ticket I recieved 20mph over posted speed limit. I also have a CDL so i need this fixed and not on my record. Ray was very responsive to me and always polite. He put a few of my fears at ease and told me not to worry about it. Long story short he got my moving...
