Let me add that one of the things that drew me to him in my research was how wonderfully family friendly his office is, from a popcorn machine to candy, and in a quiet part of the office building. As we went through the process, filled out the papers, attended the meeting, he was with us every step of the way and explained everything in easy and clear language.
