I am an expert in computer software patent prosecution and litigation. I have drafted numerous patent applications in the fields of a variety of technologies, such as computer software, telecommunication, wireless networking, Internet and mechanical device. Additionally, I have litigated a number of patent cases, trademark cases and copyright cases.
I have worked nearly twenty years at a number of technology companies in different roles, ranging from device driver programmer to engineering manager and startup founder. Additionally, I am an inventor for thirty patents. I truly understand the needs of both corporations and individual inventors. I am passionate about professionalism and product quality.
