AVOID HIM

He lied to me regarding a 402 form, he told me he submitted forms but didn't, he doesn't return calls, and he violated my constitutional rights, just to name a few.

Professional and timely

I believe he fully and wholeheartedly looked out for my best interest. His response time was quick and always kept me informed. Hopefully I never have to, but I would definitely use him again, given the opportunity.

An awful public defender

He is representing someone I know. The fact is that he has let a report sit for nearly a month that should have released his client from a mental facility. Yet he does nothing. All he has to do is file for a new court date and he wants to let his client sit in this mental facility for months instead... of doing his job.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
